Welcome within the dynamic world of ERP consultancy!

In this role you are ''in the lead'' in terms of advising our customers. Through your efforts you ensure that you and your fellow consultants provide the customer with the best deployment of TRIMIT; our ERP solution built on Microsoft Business Central. You do this mainly by using your strong people skills and established knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (former NAV). Picking up any needs or signal is what that you are talented at.

Your role

Because of your advisory role and the creation of good relationships, you will work both on location at our customers, in our office and sometimes from home. Often, you are in the office with all other colleagues, to have our internal meetings on our organization and the customer projects. Next to that, you do not want to miss out on our team lunch, for example ‘Friday – hotdog day’! Through your knowledge of Business Central, business processes and your communication skills, you will help our clients to become more successful. You will be a colleague of added value with whom the other consultants can spar.

Within our diverse team of 12 talented employees, harnessing creativity is our strength. Read especially; lots of freedom and not too many rules. Also, you work closely with our other Consultants who can personally teach you a lot. Lastly, we have a growing ambition for our team and TRIMIT as an organization for the coming years. Job Requirements

  • Enthusiastic to consult based on your experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and business processes;
  • Consultative, inspiring, quick thinking and boundary pushing towards our customers;
  • Assertive and autonomous in your work, but you also know the value of teamwork;
  • Punctual on the framework of our projects;
  • A sparring partner for the other consultants;
  • Excellent in speaking and writing the Norwegian and English language;
  • Experience with software and/or affinity with ERP systems;
  • Working daily with IT, consultancy & communication;
  • Desire to apply your knowledge and skills within an international organization;
  • Available fulltime.
  • Ready to be travelling and work at customers.
